美國C-FLEX軸承在試制車身車間的應(yīng)用 Abstract: In this paper, the flexible positioning unit (C-FLEX) is introduced to replace the traditional positioning unit in the common laser welding station of the roof under the requirements of multi-platform and multi-project fast cycle conversion in the trial-production of the sample car. Through the rapid positioning switching to meet the different project welding needs, this paper is intended to solve the bottleneck problem caused by the low efficiency of tool switching.

日本豐田公司的“**車身生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)”(Global Body Line)中,采用現(xiàn)場總線技術(shù)、傳感控制技術(shù)、邏輯控制技術(shù)的三套高精度柔性焊裝夾具,可用于三種不同的車型,與常規(guī)的傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)線相比,投資降低了50%,年產(chǎn)量提高了46%,并且保證了白車身的焊裝精度,大大提高了汽車生產(chǎn)制造的質(zhì)量和效率。2013年上海通用汽車某廠的車身焊接生產(chǎn)線上采用的切換機構(gòu),僅能夠滿足3種車型的生產(chǎn),即將引入的SⅢ車型后將無法實現(xiàn)地板定位切換,超出了企業(yè)規(guī)劃的產(chǎn)品投放能力。為滿足投資少、生產(chǎn)線改動小、多種產(chǎn)品的共線生產(chǎn),并能迅速轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)等要求,引入了全新的定位模式C-FLEX,形成復(fù)合產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu),提高車間生產(chǎn)的柔性化,滿足了至少6種車型的生產(chǎn)。焊接定位工裝的柔性化直接影響著汽車生產(chǎn)線的柔性,柔性工裝定位的引入具有重要的實際應(yīng)用價值。
